There’s a fair chance you’re a little too busy for a whole newsletter this week, so I thought I’d pass along this video instead. It’s about that time in November of 1969 when, having pushed past a Coast Guard blockade, fourteen Native Americans landed on Alcatraz Island, beginning what would become a 19-month long occupation.
It’s a truly incredible story we all should know, especially now.
