Ona Judge part two is coming next week, but for now here’s an uncomfortable, but probably familiar fact: Even though we are only 6% of the population, Black men in these United States make up 62% of drug offenders in state prisons.  That’s 13 times the rate of white men. This is true regardless of the other facts that Black folks and whites use drugs at similar rates and white people actually commit more drug crimes than Black folks do.
